Thank you for choosing Fun Time Body Shop for your bath and body product needs! We are committed to providing you with the best products and customer service experience. Since all of our products are made to order, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies on shipping and returns.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All of our bath and body products are handmade to order. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but please allow additional time during peak seasons or special promotions.
- Shipping Rates & Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Shipping Delays: We strive to ensure all orders are shipped promptly. However, please note that once your order is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for shipping delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all of our bath and body items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will ask for clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
- Refunds: If we determine that your product was defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund based on your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details (product selection, shipping address, etc.) before completing your purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased by mistake or for any changes after the order has been shipped.
Cancellations
As we work quickly to create your order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
